- Selected African countries (contact us to confirm availability)
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
- Lagos & major cities: 1–4 business days
- Other Nigerian regions: 2–7 business days
- Other African countries: 5–14+ business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics, customs, or regional courier capacity.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary based on:
- Delivery location
- Order size/weight
- Courier rates
Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout or communicated by our support team.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
Processing time: 1 business day
We do not ship on weekends & public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Tracking details (where applicable)
- Delivery updates via email/SMS/WhatsApp
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to:
Incorrect address provided
Customer not reachable

Refund & Return Policy
We Value Your Satisfaction
We inspect every product before shipping to ensure excellent condition.
However, we understand issues may occur. You are eligible for a return or refund only if:
- Wrong item delivered
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Accessories or key parts missing
- Change-of-mind or used-item returns are not accepted.
Return Conditions
To qualify for return/refund:
- Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, in original packaging
- Proof must be provided (photos/video — especially unboxing video

Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued via:
- Bank transfer
- Store credit (on request)
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after item return & verification.
Return Shipping
Return shipping instructions will be provided based on the case.
Customer may bear return shipping costs unless the fault is from us.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used items
- Items without original packaging
- Items returned after 48 hours
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items purchased during clearance sale (if applicable)
Damages During Transit
If your package arrives damaged, you must:
- Record an unboxing video
- Notify us within 24 hours
- This helps us file claims with logistics partners & serve you faster.
Lost / Missing Packages
If your package goes missing in transit, we will work with the delivery partner to resolve it.
Proof of delivery or signature from the courier closes the case.
